Moody is supported on any Android and iOS device not older than 5 years (2014). To access Moody, simply navigate to the Google Play store (Android) or the App Store (iOS) and download "Moody" from the developer "Project Moody".

If you experience any issues logging in, please make sure that

• the App is updated to its newest version
• your Android/ iOS software is updated to its newest version 
• your token provider (University/ Company) submitted you the right token
• your log-in data is correct
